Refund policy

1. We may not take responsibility for customer claims when USPS and other carriers shows order package “Delivered”, 

2. If the order package been returned to us for insufficient or error address, we will refund for the order but not include shipping fee.

3. Customer can return part or whole of order to us within 7 days after delivery, we will refund the full amount customer paid for the return products while the products in good condition. We mayn't accept return the products are in bed shape, like dirty, scar, broken cause by used. 

4. We fully refund all payment for orders not delivered within 14 days in United States, customers do not need to return orders even they receive later.

5. We fully refund all payment for international orders outside of United States which not delayed within 30 days, customers do not need to return orders even they receive later.

6. We use USPS at United States domestic orders, normally ship with 2 business days, and estimate reach customer within 7 business days in United States.
